Very bad experience with the SDA Roma 1 service .....

Very bad experience with the SDA Roma 1 service .. I had to personally go to pick up a package that they had in storage according to their wrong address. The address was correct and also the name on the intercom therefore great carelessness of the courier. Uneducated and rude office staff not even an apology.
