My experience was , They didn t communicate very much with me, I called them for updates every 2-3 months of hearing nothing during the almost 7 months they reviewed my sons case and they finally called to tell me that my son had no case after the NY State Justice Center for people with special needs investigation revealed and reported my 9 y.o son had been physically abused by staff In NYCCC in Queens. They said he didn t have any injuries ....Really?!? I guess they just not as Good as they claim!!
