Just returned from a weekend golf trip with friend...

Just returned from a weekend golf trip with friends at Indian Wells. The Hyatt was the perfect end to a day of great golf. Clean and spacious suite was a great place to clean up and rest on the large patio before dinner at the bar. The menu was condensed due to some restaurant renovations, but the chef choose some great items to serve. The Ribeye with brown butter was awesome and the gnocchi (with a cauliflower puree I could eat all day) and Brussel sprouts paired perfect. Chef Eric came out to check on us and his passion was obvious.... Can't wait to go back to sample the full menu. Every employee of the hotel, bar and restaurant were a pleasure to deal with... notably Freddy (behind the bar), Dina (restaurant Manager) and even the GM, Mike all made sure everything was great. Thanks all. Will be back!
