Terrible ! I called to make an appointment for the floral department for my wedding. The lady who answered for the floral department was not so nice and told me uhm no very sternly when I answered her telling her a date I could come in. Then finally after picking a date to come in she put me on hold to check times that would be available. However she never came back on the phone. After maybe 4-5 minutes waiting for her to come back to tell me a time a gentleman picked the line up and asked what I was waiting on so I told him and he said okay. Back on hold I go then maybe another two minutes go by and I get transferred to the main department of ace hardware. Really?????
