Great teachers, good school material. The building itself is very old and packed with students, there is not enough space for studying.
I found the semester concept stiff and outdated. Writing chinese characters values a lot, although extremely hard to learn and not very useful in nowadays digitalized world. If you don't happen to grow up with those characters, you will find your free time packed with studying for dictations, rather than practicing speaking.
The refund policy is also inflexible: you only get 50% of your money back, no matter if you want to drop out after 1 day or one month.
