Horrible experience for my 86 yr old grandmother. Went into er for fluid in the ear, and was treated for diarrhea... she was so dizzy but the nurse wouldn't get her a wheel chair and left her in the room for 2 hours alone with door shut. I had my children with me and they wouldn't let me go back to stay with her. The triage was great and helpful, it was just the male nurse who didn't give 2 cents about helping her. The doctor said he wanted her to have a catscan but no one ever took her for one. So tomorrow will be another trip to a different er. I wouldn't even take my dog there...
