Mack Cycle has helped me start falling in love with cycling. I m a relatively new-to-the-sport triathlete that has needed help navigating the transition to long-course cycling, and they ve been amazing in recommending the tools that would help me do it comfortably (and cost efficiently). Chris Pavon did my Guru bike fit, which I would strongly recommend to anyone. I have visited other bike shops in Miami in the past, and none of those I visited had the technical expertise that the team at Mack does. When you re trying to ride for 2+ hours on a bike, comfort is critical - and Chris very specific, knowledgeable tweaks helped me go from world of pain in my lower back to smoooooth cycling without the pain. Don t mess around with other shops - go to the experts at Mack.
