Our law firm recently transitioned to a new case management software program. We desperately needed an upgraded platform on which to run the program. Our law firm had outgrown the old server and we needed guidance in moving to a new hardware set up. We chose UniVirtual Solutions to be our IT company. UniVirtual suggested a new robust server to accommodate the sensitive data we needed to routinely access and safely backup each day. They also inventoried each employees desktop to make sure we were replacing old units when necessary. When we had issues, we simply called the Help Desk and were greeted by a trained, knowledgeable and friendly representative - not an automated attendant! The UniVirtual staff is mindful that downtime is not a good thing! We have been happy with the personal attention we have received in the midst of our transition.
