Made an appointment for service. I was told it would take 2 hours. Fine, no problem with that. I was told after 1 hour my car was done. I thought, this is great. I was then informed that they did nothing because the problem had been corrected previously. They scheduled 15 people for service in that hour. It took 1 hour to do nothing in 100 degree weather. This is a problem for me.

UPDATE - I was contacted by the dealership today. I was told that the process of what happened with the truck was not explained correctly to me yesterday. I received an explanation that made much more sense and I satisfied with that. Thanks for looking into this Hall Chrysler Dealership.
