The Fairmont itself is a nice facility, but is pretty limited to non-guests. We could not eat at either of the restaurants -- even though there were empty tables -- because they were only for "guests" of the hotel. That soured the experience. I would give it fewer stars, but Lake Louise is a 6-star location!
