They started on the Ewen Ave revitalization project a fews years ago, completion date was Aug 2016 and its now July 2017, not even close to being done. Each end of the road has been closed off to traffic randomly causing traffic to have to go around which requires a ten minute detour. Because of them, the road is barely driveable, we have to keep swerving due to the repatched uneven road surface over the past six months while they did no work. Their heavy equipment was parked along the road side of the community center limiting it to one lane. One time while I was exiting the CC, the flag person waved me to ahead just as the foreman was also given the signal to enter, we almost got into a head on collision. The foreman was rude and angry, he threw his hands up in the air. Good grief, now they are back. Another summer of setting up the equipment and standing around. It will be another year of road closures and I already doubt they will finish this year.
