I am still in shock after my phone conversation with Mr. Thomas. Mr Thomas, attempted to up-sell me on additional coverage that I do not want, nor can I afford. After declining his proposal, he proceeded to insult my small business and compare me to another company, in another state, who broke the law, by operating unqualified drivers just to push me into a larger policy. Now, keep in mind folks,, I have a perfect Driving Record, I am the only driver for my business, and my car service has had outstanding 5 star reviews for 9 years. This man has the gall to compare me to a company in another state, operating illegally, just to up-sell me!!! I have never written a bad review on anyone but this was above and beyond. I personally am tired of salespeople, businesses associates, etc. constantly trying to cram sales, down the throat of the consumer. Oswego residents, buyer beware with Mr. Thomas. I would give negative stars if I could.
