The hotel and facility were fine, but the customer service was awful. We paid premium money ($650 / night) to stay at this resort over our visit from Wisconsin. We were placed in a room directly above the giant washing machines for the resort that vibrated our room while sleeping. We called the front desk and they said they would look into making an adjustment on our room charge. When checking out, the GM Stefan Cherinka then said that they wouldn't make an adjustment and if we wanted one, we would have to call Expedia to complain about our experience, even though I explained that I booked my room through American Express. They did not care about helping us or ensuring that we had a great experience.
