The service was awful. Had to tell the waiter cons...

The service was awful. Had to tell the waiter constantly to pour our wine which took 20 mins to get to us, and upon pouring stopped short of filling all our glasses.. My wives salmon was raw, and it wasn't sushi. The whole menu has changed...it's more of a steak house that what it was before....I won't even mention the cat begging at our table..We have been coming to Aruba twice a year for a very long time and have always made Tierra del Sol one of our places to dine, well sadly this is the last time we come here...Our party is always at least 8 people.
