I called in and an associate, Mary - if I heard it right, and reserved a room; when I got in another associate - a man, on August 4 at around 12:30, when my turned came, first told me that plz step aside bcz others have reservations and I give periority to them. I asked how does reserving by phone few minutes ago and reservation from a website make a guest priority over another? What have I not done that they have that has made me low priority than them? - that you are asking me to step aside and wait until you check in others who have same reservations as mine but from a website and not a phone call maybe. Then he got upset and said OK OK come here I will check you in. Then he said a price for the room that was an amount more than the rate I was given by Mary. I said "Mary told me a lower rate for the room." He said, "no I heared all the conversation it was this price" (that he was telling me). I said "but Mary gave me a discount and she might have told you." Then he said "OK OK." But then I did not want to check in this hotel. I gave him my details however, but I did my Business Credit Card pin wrong so it did not go through and I politely got out without saying a word. I felt bad and disappointed with him ordering me to step aside and wait. I won't come back here again. Thanks to Mary though who was nice and reserved me a room with a short notice by phone and with a discount. Associates at the reception and check-in area should be trained well.
