The service this company provides as observed by a...

The service this company provides as observed by a customer (me) of a new business here in Baton Rouge does not have their water customers best interest. A technician/service rep arrived on location went to the meter, on a Friday, promptly turned off the water without any notice in the middle of the afternoon. The office said 'sorry' we can't do anything until Monday. Now why couldn't they turn their Rep around, who just left, and restore the service to this brand new customer.
