The entire operation was a great learning experience. Definitely go during the off season; we went during the fall and there was hardly a wait. However, the parking lots are huge, indicating serious traffic during the peak season. At the end of the factory tour you get to taste Ice Cream that isn't released yet...we had Apple Pie. On the other side, they also have a graveyard of Ice Creams you can visit. It's some of the flavors they have discontinued. Thanks for the experience!
