I recently purchased a used vehicle from Penticton Hyundai and I have to say it was a great experience. I discovered the vehicle I wanted (a 2008 Nissan Versa hatchback) when scanning Autotrader one day. Spencer from Penticton Hyundai was quick to reply to my request for information on the car. He had already set the car up well on the website...LOTS of pictures inside and out, lots of description and he sent me the Car Proof and other service work done on the vehicle. He answered all of my questions promptly, and I decided to fly down from Northern BC to check out the car and hopefully drive it back (he even picked me up from the Kelowna airport). I took the car for a test drive, and was very pleased with how it handled and looked. I found everyone at the dealership very helpful and friendly, even when it came down to the pricing :). Thanks to Rob (GM), LaDawn (Finance), Spencer (internet sales) and Dennis (service) for a very enjoyable experience. I am very happy with my new car, and so is my family.
