Had a issue with a new car warranty and I was told to talk to Jim Willard the service manager. I left a message and gave him two days to call back. After no return call I called again and left a message. Again nothing. I called the general manager to complain and he never called me back either. After 6 calls I gave up. I will never buy or get any of my cars serviced there again.
