I have ordered 2 Formal Trousers and shoes. They delivered in time. But the product given was wrong. I ordered size 38 Trousers but they delivered with size36. The show also not good quality and even the product showed in the app and delivered one different. So I have raised the return request and they accepted and picked the next day. I was happy upto this point and now the problem is started. I returned the products on 8th & 10th of Nov 2018 and today is 16 Nov 2018. Still the status shoes in transit. I reported the issue and given mails why still my products are in transit from Pune to Mumbai from last one week. But there is no reply from anyone. I don t know when my money will return back. I suggest Please don t trust this app and there is no contact and care for this app.

Finally I received money after 2weeks of return. I given 2 rating because of their negligence of checking the correct product in delivery and for return time is too long.
