I have had horrible experiences with this service ...

I have had horrible experiences with this service department. Service writers are inexperienced (in the last 3 weeks I have had 3 that have had less than 2 weeks on the job.) Work we were charged for was not done (oil changes among other things). Appointments to have parts installed are, and I quote the on duty service manager after waiting three hours, "No guaranty that we will even look at your car". That was warranty work. They have not been able to diagnose an electrical problem in my 2015 CRV that left me stranded hundred of miles from home late at night. We have three Hondas in the family, tomorrow we will have two. I am completely frustrated and am cutting my losses. Ladies, this is not a good shop to trust your car to.
