I was about to purchase one of their properties. The estate agent there asked me to sign and email the contract. I said I would only do this at the same time as the vendor. We organised a meeting to do so. I drove there only to discover they crossed the law of misrepresentation and said the vendor didn t want to sell to me straight away but wanted to give more time to others to put in a higher bid!!! A blatant, underhanded trick. The only reason I can think of why they couldn t say this over the phone, was to try extract more money from me on the spot, or keep me in the background in case they couldn t get more money.

When I contacted the Real Estate Institute, they try to bribe me with a $200 voucher which I gave to my daycare as a donation. Luckily for them, I didn t pursue it further because I m too busy to, but I have recorded, living proof that they are dishonest.
