I can tell you, after all the horrible reviews, i was quite surprised to be treated quite courteously and with respect. Pleasant surprises are nice.
Been a client for over 3 years and really have nothing to complain about. They gave me services and I paid for them. The process weren't ridiculous, either.
Customer service rep Samantha was very professional and courteous, too!
