We have stayed a total of 5 nights this July 2019 ...

We have stayed a total of 5 nights this July 2019 with half board and it has cost us about 870 through booking.

The good:

-The cleaning of the rooms. Towels, paper, gels and shampoo have been well replaced.
-The treatment from the waiters is close and cordial.
-The variety of food in the buffets, without being amazing, was not bad either.

The bad:
-The facilities are outdated. Most of the hotel's equipment looks to be 20 years old and could do with a renovation ... for example, the taps system in the rooms seems to be poorly connected to each other, and while showering, suddenly the water has started to run. come out boiling (literally), which has given me a burn on my back that still hurts. Not to mention the rust on the bathtub, how bad the TV channels are, that even a simple HDMI can't be connected to get Netflix ...
-It would be nice if at some point during the reservation they informed that drinks are not included in the half board.
-The spa is not a spa ... It is a pool with the water as cold as the outdoor one, and most of the jets do not work. The outdoor jacuzzi one day the jets did not work and the next day the water was also cold ...
-In the breakfast of the 5 days, the cereals were stale and softened ... if that happens one day nothing happens, but if it happens 5 days in a row ... it gives me to understand that they leave the same for each day and nobody looks that are in good condition.
-I can't relate it to 100% hotel food either, but I've had diarrhea for several days, something unusual.
-The beds ... with springs and very uncomfortable, one more sunken than the other, I have had back pain for several days and it is horrible to sleep.
-Finally, and almost more disappointing, is that I transmitted several of these complaints at reception and the only response was: well, thanks for the suggestion (although they were not suggestions, but complaints). Beyond that, no solutions or compensation to be more comfortable ...

Let's see ... I've been in worse hotels, but what half saves this is the location ... says little about the hotel management. It's more of a 3-star, not 4.
So it is unlikely that we will return.
