Postureworks and Nutraworks are awesome. The Doctors are constantly staying up to date in the field of CBP and their results reflect this.

I had a pretty gnarly disc extrusion that put me in the hospital and caused intermittent numbness in everything below the waist. I was reviewed by an orthopedic surgeon because of my symptoms (borderline medical emergency), but long story short he thought I could pull through it with weight loss and posture correction (postureworks gets your spine back to nominal which in turn reduces tension on your nerves that control all systems and sensation in the body, that's what a CBP does).

Enter PostureWorks and NutraWorks. They put me on a corrective care plan and diet to lose weight and fix my spine. Fast forward a half dozen visits and the intermittent numbness is reducing in frequency, I begin losing weight as per the diet. Fast forward even further and I am completely free of numbness and have lost a significant amount of weight. So long story short, what they do works if you are disciplined and stick to the plan!

For complete transparency, I have put some weight back on and am noticing some symptoms return (go figure). But it's all on me, I stopped their diet and moved out of state.

To me, aside from keeping me out of the hospital, I think the most impressive thing about the practice is their genuine concern for my well being. I reached out to them for a referral to another CBP in my area, and they got back to me with a recommendation. I'm happily back on plan in the hands of another CBP they know and trust. So yeah, I highly recommend PostureWorks and NutraWorks. Give them a chance to keep you from going under the knife. That should always be the last resort!

I should also note I went to PostureWorks first. They were the ones that decided, based on my symptoms, that an orthopedic surgeon should take a look and provide his opinion first. They will do what's right to fix you, and that doesn't always mean CBP is the answer. Luckily in my case, it was.
