A friend sent me to Direct Tire in Memphis after his positive experience with Kevin Giles. Kevin’s expertise stood out—he went above and beyond to explain exactly what kind of tires would work best for my truck, covering options I hadn’t even thought about. He was both friendly and highly professional, which made the whole process a breeze. My friend has already said he’ll be returning and will definitely recommend the shop to his friends. Kevin truly has an impressive work ethic.
