When I called you (after 3 hours) to find out where you where, the Green Flag operator told me I was wrong! because your screen showed their status as being on scene with me? I think I would know if they were there or not what a joke they arrived after 4 hours and 10 minutes from my first call to you. Disgusted with your poor service!
