I have been a tenant at a MicroOffice facility in NYC since Feb 2009. The facility is Class A/A-, very professionally run, and they don't nickel and dime you with extra charges (fax, scan, copying and even free coffee included). Plenty of nice conference room space available just about any time. Rates are very reasonable and no commitment required. I love it!
