I, Vickie Rule, purchased a Ford Escape on 12/31/2016, from Joe Luellman at Baxter Ford in Elkhorn. Service in our world today is lacking; however, Joe restored my faith in the service industry that day. Joe was awesome. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. Matt Farrell was upstanding too!
