My first experience with Baxter I thought would be...

My first experience with Baxter I thought would be my last, until James Sechser from Baxter contacted me. I called to make a service appointment on a recall for my Ford Escape. The service advisor and I had a miscommunication which resulted in a phone call from James and an opportunity for Baxter to adjust how they service their customers. I am going to schedule time to have my car serviced and will post again once they've had an opportunity to assist me. Thanks go out to James for listening to my concerns and making adjustments in how they do business with their customers as a result.
