If you are having a mental health crisis, avoid this er at all costs(if you can). Most staff are very impatient. They don't listen too well. They act if you're a waste of their time. They'll try and force medication, that you have refused, down your throat to make you sleep. I did give this a two star, because my most recent event, I had taken some medication, that ended up being to much. I was rushed to the ER. Only because I was rushed in by an ambulance was I able to receive a room. There were people in beds, lining the walls, being ignored and mistreated. (I've been one of them myself) I was told I would have died if I hadn't gotten in within the next hour and a half, but they still took over 40 minutes to get me the medical attention I needed. So, I was laying in the bed, dying, whilst nurses were on their phones, giggling. Only positive was that when I was finally started on some medicine, after 40+ minutes of agonizing pain, the staff were switched out and much nicer.
