Every staff member that we interacted with at LACOMS was kind, patient and professional. From my first phone contact with the office through my daughter s post surgical appointment we were treated with kindness and care. Dr. Walline explainted the procedure to my daughter and has an easy going and pleasant demanor. The anesthesiologist was patient and explained his process to my daughter in terms that she was able to comprehend. Jacquie, the Treatment Coordinator, reviewed all of the insurance details with me in an clear and consise manner. During my daughter s procedure, Jacquie sat with me and chatted to help pass the time-so very much appreciated. Jacquie and my daughter compared baking notes and she even sent my daughter a sweet note along with some favorite recipes to enjoy after her follow up visit. I recommend LACOMS and will return should any family member require their services.
