We called to schedule a visit, I called 4 times within 2 hours and eventually just I left a message stating that I wanted them to verify our dates before buying a groupon. The women said they have 2 more rooms and I told her I was going to hang up, buy the groupon, and call back within 5 minutes. When I returned the call, she wouldn't allow us to book with the groupon? I was so irritated that she confirmed the date and then allowed me to purchase this groupn which she wouldn't honor. Then said she needed to check with her boss - so we sent her our groupon showing that there were absolutely no blackout dates but they STILL wouldn't honor our groupon. I'm a freaking teacher - I don't have this kind of money! This company is very rude and has cost me hundreds of dollars. And they don't answer their phone. Terrible customer service.
