Where do I begin....I went to Rachel (the owner) to have extensions put in on a Friday. I literally was Hopi g on a plane to Las Vegas right after the hair appointment which she knew about and sent me on my way with the most horrible hair extension job I've ever seen. I went In For a consultation 2 weeks prior so she should have been well prepared (knowing how much hair I needed) for my appt. I told Rachel at the consultation that I always require double the hair that most people need because I have so much hair and she agreed. Well go to the day of my appt and she only puts one bundle of hair in (which is not very much) and I clearly needed way more and she sent me on my way like that anyway. I will be posting pics of what she had done. To add insult to injury she charges me $1300 and when I got back from my trip I had to go to a different salon and pay another $1000 just to have them fix her horrible job. They ended up having to put in 3 more bundles to make my hair look normal. She is NOT a extension expert and do NOT give her your money! If she was an expert she would have never let me walk out of her salon looking the way I did. You could see all of my short hair...it wasn't blended nor could it be because I needed more hair. If I could give no starts I would.
