From beginning to end, my experience with Christopher's was exemplary. The individual who answered the phone was both professional and warm. She gave me a detailed explanation of the services offered, the timeline for work to be completed and the prices charged. Actual pick up, work performed and return of my carpets was done exactly as promised. The price quote was accurate. When my caqrpets were returned, the delivery men were even more fastidious than I about placing the carpets in exactly the right position. I wanted the dining room carpet placed exactly i n the center of the room wit the dining table centered exactly on the carpet. They used a tape measure to get the measurements exactly correct - down to a quarter of an inch! I was so impressed at the extent of their care to get the placement just right. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.
