The area was beautiful. The room was a bit outdated (#125) but that wasn't an issue at all. The staff was incredible! However, the bed was very hard and I couldn't sleep. when cooking breakfast, we noticed the lack of utensils. For a room that sleeps 5-6 people, it was odd to find only one fork, one spoon and one knife. Also the morning after our night there, I stepped out onto the back porch and noticed the curtain had actual feces on it, probably from a child. Trust me, it's not chocolate. I'm sure the cleaners can't see this, as they clean the inside of the room, but it was still unsettling to see. To pay as much as we did for the room, I expected a little more. Also, charging $5.50 to drink the FIJI water left out, is a bit much. Lastly, there is a sliding door that separates the living room from the bedroom. I thought this would be perfect considering there were six of us total. I figured some could sleep if others wanted to stay up. However, everything can be heard right through it. Overall I gave it a 3 because there were so many little issues that are easily fixable, but the staff was a 10/10!!!
