We have a running joke in our group anytime some mentions going to Smashburger. If there is more than one person in line, the wait is too long.
Today they upped the ante on bad service, four employees standing around looking at us standing at the counter. 5 minutes later, with no one stepping up to take our order we just had to walk out.

Each time the menu, and the size of the burgers get smaller and smaller. Small food, limited choices, high prices, and BAD service.

Hope the next restaurant that takes that spot is better.
