Had a panel that needed to be serviced for a faulty grounding wire. The first visit, they arrived an hour before they said they would and left because there was no one to let them in. The second visit, they were running late so I called to confirm their time, I was told the tech was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. 4 hours later no tech, so I called and was informed that the visit was canceled because traffic was bad.
Long story short, service hours aren't great if you manage a location with non-standard hours i.e. restaurant. Technicians are not punctual and service department needs to get better are confirming logistics with its technicians.
