I've been with Casa Myrna for 3 years now and i'm encountered poor service continuously from the economic department. I've been working with an economic coach and they continuously cancels my appointment on the day of and when I try to contact them it takes him two weeks- a month to get back to me.

This is very frustrating to me because I was working really hard by MYSELF to get back on track and I've been asking for support from Casa Myrna but the only person who ever calls me back is my advocate. The economic coach only returns my call when I call in with a complaint and I've tried to escalate this to the supervisor and the director and it seems like this problem still is happening.

Moral of the story: if you need assistance or support right away then I would highly advise against going to casa Myrna. I would try JPNDC as they actually return phone calls.
