Inna was very effective in getting my case dismissed. I had accidentally let my vehicle go uninsured, and I had moved to another state. My vehicle was still in Massachusetts and being driven by someone else. When I received my court summons I reached out to Inna, and she gave me advice and appeared in court in my stead so that I would not have to fly across the country.

They only offer few services and too many turn downs website offers services they don't provide you with.

Knowledgeable people, if they can't help you they will tell where you can get help.

Good place to visit and get your consultation when you need legal assistance

This law firm did a poor job during this pandemic in terms of quality of serices and responsiveness. I fired the attorney assigned to my case today after she yelled at me over the phone, refused to look at any evidence I had to offer, and did not conduct an intake to know that her actions were not in line with my goals as a client. I think most folks would be better off representing themselves than trusting this law firm to not care, be disrespectful, and cause potentially more damage than help. They act like they're all just working there for free...

I've worked with them in the past and they were very helpful and I'm trying to work with them right now but I need for them to return my call

Caring lawyers,thorough and effective. They work with your income for affordability.

It is difficult for poor and incapacitated people to access legal help at this organization. The staff lacks empathy, and the attorneys can be rude and demeaning. Inefficient customer service. Someone in command needs to reorganize and overhaul the way this place delivers service.

Dedicated employees and very helpful in the matter of legal services

Drove all the way from Franklin Ma, to access their "CORI clinic" at Boston Municipal Court Had a lawyer take my picture for his twitter account, spent half hour filling out forms, my social security number, all my personal information. Was told someone from their offices would contact me. One of the Lawyers lives in my town. I meet and exceed all the requirements for sealing CORI. I never received a call, nor a letter like I was told I would, NOTHING. I've called and sat on hold for hours. Apparently they never processed my information, as they were unable to look up my case with the info I provided them (social, D.O.B, address, phone number, License etc) Sure would like to know what happened to my personal information. I wonder why. Seems like I dont fit their CRITERIA for helping the underserved. Seems like they have a PARTICULAR type of rehabilitation story they're fishing for. Where are the forms I filled out? I want them back, seeing as how they've not been used for the purposes that they were intended.
Seems like some discrimination as it wasnt very busy that particular morning. The guy literally said "this will be the easiest one we've done, its been over 10 years for everything"

Yeah, except it hasnt been done, AT ALL.

Probably one of the best legal resources Boston Mass has to offer. Some of the brightest lawyers I've dealt with, their young and energetic, great personalities and easy to deal with. If you cannot afford an attorney they will help you with either one of their attorneys depending on what it is you are dealing with or they will definitely point you in the right direction. Great team of people nothing short of the best attorneys!

I recommend those people on a fixed budget and really needs legal help to pay a visit.

Cindy made it very clear what to do in my situation. She gave me instructions for the next step with the grievance process and when to come back to ask for a lawyer if I needed to go to court. I did not have to wait long either. It went a long way with the housing meeting that I had to attend because of another Resident. And I was cleared of any wrongdoing because she helped me have a clear head. I am very grateful

It takes a while to talk to someone then they still might not help you

Inna represented a traffic matter and was extremely responsive by phone and email in advance and came to court prepared. She masterfully handled the court process, which resulted in a successful outcome. I highly recommend her.

The Housing workshops on tenant rights and how to answer an hearings. Really, busted the stess/anxiety bubble I were in.

The Attorneys were very nice, answered questions, and helped with problems. The reason I gave them only 3 stars is because, the attorneys are only students supervised by one seasoned attorney, you mostly worked on your case from a computer asking questions, and for some reason, I still don't understand they will not be representing you in the courtroom or at your mediation. Actually, the whole thing can be done from your smart phone or computer at home. Then you just print out three copies, and go about your day. If you really need a pro bono attorney representing you, GBL will be able to help pushing your court appearance further in the future, so you have more time finding a pro bono attorney.

No help. Don't waste your time. They'll shut down soon. I've had so many cases I needed help with, and they found an excuse not to represent me every time.

My issue arose after 12PM and I was told I would not be helped until tomorrow when they were taking intakes again but my master was time sensitive so I received no help

I am still trying to figure out what exactly they help with after seeking out help for more that 5 years. Horrible service! just save tax payers some money and do away with this already!

They are of no help at this organization. Sadly alot of people they swore to serve go unrepresented and at the mercy of bias judges and magistrates in the Boston Courts. There is a BIG problem here. People aren't being helped in receiving due justice..

How nice I started talking about my situation and gey cut off and transferred to a voice machine not voice mail a machine I have 5 children on my lease and will not get moved to a 3 bedroom

Great legal services, offering assistance to individuals free of charge (pro-bono) and resources in the community.

In this time of Covid, my usual free tax place was closed. I waited and waited for them to re-open, extended July 15-th date was approaching. They never did, but referred me to 3 lawyer groups that are helping low income people. Out of those, only this one answered the phone. Bill Rosenfeld calmed me down and worked with me remotely; my taxes were done on time. So, thanks Bill for saving me. I will forever be grateful.

I am not impressed with the way they do things on getting legal advice I was placed in a room with a phone and spoke with a lawyer in training over the phone who couldn't answer any of my questions and then had to speak with her on the phone that to me was not professional that is my experience with this place.

The wait time could be a little better. Overall you get some advice to help your situation.

May the lord help those in need of GBLS services because GBLS is definitely not able to help those who seek their help. It has been over a year seeking their help and instead they have caused more issues. GBLS has definitely FAILED the people who it vouches to "help." Good luck and god bless you all!
