Forced to give a mild waiting because of an ongoing issue with a credit that was to be applied back into my account that has yet to show up, and I have been waiting for it since the 6th of September and it's now the 23rd. Overall the staff was very nice and professional, Rooms we're clean and very well updated. The restaurant downstairs is probably the best thing about this place. I would definitely change the rating if I could have gotten my problem handled I'm more of a timely manner.
