Positives: Excellent idea for the kids! Nice venu...

Positives: Excellent idea for the kids! Nice venue......good props......a wide variety of informative activities to keep the young ones engaged and entertained. I would recommend that kids experience what KidZania has to offer.

Negatives: Staff - Most of the staff we came across weren't as friendly as I thought they may have been especially around the kids. They did not appear to be as patient as is definitely needed for dealing with kids. Some kept straight faces, no smiles. These are noticeable...even to the kids. They weren't all bad; there were a few here and there who were enthusiastic and who kept the young ones excited. Definite improvement needed however.

Another negative was technology. You are made to wear an electronic bracelet on entry and you are tagged everywhere you go and everything you do including purchases (a bit excessive to be honest). This computerized system obviously suffered several glitches because you will stand in the queue (anywhere from 15 - 40 mins) and when you get to the front and your bracelet is scanned, it doesn't work. You now have to leave the queue and walk back to the front desk to have your bracelet sorted and then return to the end of the queue.....utterly frustrating!

Possibly, because the establishment is still fairly new, there are some 'teething' problems still being experienced. Hopefully it gets better....soon!
