We arrived in a party of about 15/20 people on a Saturday night around 9pm. Assuming they would be busy we expected a wait... wasn't a wait oddly enough. First mistake: only using one server for 15/20 people. orders we're taken by table AND NAME just to make sure there weren't going to be any screw ups. My table of four out of the party (two couples) were on good note until the entrees began to come out. Couple one ordered 1 appetizer and 2 entrees, Couple 2 (me) ordered 2 appetizers and 1 entree. All of which were ordered at the same time. Couple 2 got their appetizers, never got drink refills, and we didn't receive our entree AT ALL!! Out of the 15/20 orders, we couldn't get our 18pc grilled wings. Once the server noticed we didn't have our entree she went to check on the order (which was too late at this point since everyone else had finished their meals). The server came back and said the chicken wings were coming out and asked was their anything she could do.. she was asked to comp one of the appetizers since it was about 10:30PM already. She return with no wings to state "her manager said they couldn't remove the appetizer but would give use a card to use on out next visit." Well we don't live in Durham so that's no good to us. Server was asked to just charge us for the appetizers and two drinks... receipt shown the removal of the chicken wings (how did she remove the chicken but couldn't remove an appetizer, I don't know lol).
