I’m nearly done with this bottle, and it’s been a great experience. The flavor is rich and smoky, though I did hit a few spots that tasted more like vinegar—which just proves why you need to shake the bottle well! With around 700k Scoville units, it packs enough punch for most people, even if you’re used to the intense extracts from Hot Headz. As a table sauce, it’s easily one of the best I’ve tried from their gourmet range, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for quality heat.
