I had an auto loan from them. I don t live near them so transactions were by mail. When I sold the vehicle and paid off the loan they wouldn t accept an electronic transfer so I had to pay additional interest and it caused a week delay in getting the title. They said they had to wait for the check from my bank to clear. Then they delayed mailing the title for another week for no apparent reason. I wouldn t use them again until they joined the 21st century.
