I wouldnt even give this co. a star but in order to publish this review I had to. Let me start first by saying Ive been working with this co for the last 4-5 seasons as a lifeguard, pool manager, lifeguard instructor, supervisor and in the pool industry for 5 going on 6 years now. 2nd, if you'd like to get paid ON TIME and for all the hours you worked, fill out an app with another private pool management co. 3rd, they DO NOT pay over time for any hours worked over 40. 4th, alot of their pools are ILLEGALLY UNDERSTAFFED from the beginning to end of the season. What does that mean? You could be responsible for 25+ swimmers at once. As a Red Cross lifeguard instructor or any other instructors (and lifeguards) know that is unacceptable and there should be AT LEAST 1 lifeguard to every 25 swimmers per Red Cross. 5, because they are always understaffed you will never get a "30 min" break on days you are scheduled 8+ hours to work yet you will still be deducted a 1/2 hour pay on those days. Also, expect to be called in to work on your day off. 6, their pool operators are not "certified". Their pool operator candidates are GIVEN the ANSWERS to the pool operators test prior to taking the exam. 7, there is a particular lifeguard instructor who is also a regional assistant director who WILL pass just about any lifeguard candidate. You can probaby figure out what that means. Auditors be aware. This co. fails on so many points ILLEGALLY and cannot care for something so simple as their employee's paychecks and I was on salary. As every successful business owners should know, it is the employees who make up the co. Without them there wouldnt be a co.
