Great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City...

Great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. I had to have my A2 service done on my e-class and all the way from the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the pricing to the service being completed they were awesome. I first spoke with Chris on the phone and he gave me a breakdown of exactly everything that they were going to do and how much it would cost me and even an estimate of how long it would take. I live two hours away so he let me know that I could drop off the evening before and they would put me in a courtesy loaner to avoid having to get up so early to be able to drop it off by 7:30am. When I arrived my service advisor was John Kartsonis due to Chris being booked already. He was really nice he explained to me the process again and made sure that if I had any other questions they were answered before I left. He also went over pricing which came out to be a little bit less than I was initially told which was a plus. The loaner car was readily waiting for me when I arrived also. After having the service completed I went to pick up my car and everything had went great John let me know of anything the service team found anything that needed attention which they did not. I was able to get back into my car and no time and before I left I had them show me another car they had on the lot. I was able to test drive it without any kind of pressure from the salesman. Overall I have a GREAT experience with these guys and I will be going here from now on whenever I need a service done.
