We checked in using the kiosk, and still stood in line to for almost an hour just to give them or already checked bags! Customer service horrible, workers are non chalant not giving a damn if you late for your flight or not, slow, gallivanting, joking and laughing with other co workers, no manager around, workers full of complaints talking about people (I'm Jamaican, i u nderstands everything they're saying! ) this airport sucks overall!
