It's been 6 months since I reported my panels have failed - still under warranty! They have had 3 independent installers come to my house in Perth - confirm that the solar panels are faulty with snail trails on 17 of the 20 panels. Still I wait for Luke and others who all say they will get back to me, but never do.
Cost me about $1200- off my electricity bill that I will never get back - constantly calling them for no action.
