I see a lot of complaints... I understand the the ...

I see a lot of complaints... I understand the the suffering however these people are a charity and to the best of my knowledge are not government funded..
Nothing is perfect least of all us..

There are no easy fixes to mental health.
Its all about thoughts everything you feeling anxious depression disconnection emptiness paranoia racing thought self-doubt anger suicidal wanting to escape etc
and I've felt the lot... All at the same time.

The guys at mind can do very limited things however they do have an understanding which in this field is so difficult as the human mind is literally unlimited its infinite.

But how can they help when your expecting them to work the miracles you have been unable to work yourself thus far??
You have to understand it's your mind in your head.
And the only access to your mind is from what comes out of your mouth...
Now if you dont know or are shy etc and that's fine, how can the psychologists know ?
Its a guessing game isn't it?
A guessing game on something that's has infinite possibilities .

Now before you complain think this.

Do you have control over your thoughts and yourself?
I'd suggest no which is why your attended mind in the first place.

You think depression you become depressed
You think anxiety you are anxious
You think anything and that's what you become...
Including if you think you can't control or understand your thoughts guess what you cant control your thoughts... Thoughts control your feelings ..

You think angry things your gonna be angry

Accepting your experiences is the first step to where you remember being.. And then instead of wanting and wish for a miracle that will not happen ..
Change that instead for exploring your memories and to why you feel the way you do then your in control of your self then you'll be able to talk to mind and then they will be able to help you because ive been there....
And If you cant help yourself
Who can?
If you feel suicidal swap it and fight the recurring beliefs and thoughts cause i know how it works... And say no over and over again until you can slot in what you want in your head ..
If you want confidence you think confidence
And its as easy as that... You become lost to yourself and you need to bring that back..

OK... I believe in you and so should you
If nobody else does that is their problem and you don't own it..
Your life is all you need to be happy..
And you can work on yourself inside your own head

Replace the i cant
With i will
You'll fail a lot but you can get there when you're willing to get up and keep trying..
Repeat postive stuff
Let's face it you have willing accepted the negative stuff to repeat with ease...
Own what's yours give back to others what is thiers and you cannot fail in your recovery..

It takes time and work and emotions.
Thats all
, it doesn't Matter how many understand you won't make a difference.
ultimately its your mind and you have to be the driver not the passenger you have become.
